Please aaccept another round of congratulat...Bill,<br /><br />Please aaccept another round of congratulations on your marvelous telling of Harry's story.<br /><br />Regarding the Treaty of Saint-Germain-en-Laye, whether signed in November 1919 or (as another source had it) September, The Treaty did not come into force until 16 July, 1920. I hope Harry doesn't have to wait until then to be demobbed!<br /><br />At any rate, could you please explain the mission of Harry's battalion in 1919?
